J.W. made the decision to take his knowledge of buying and procurement to become a self-appointed businessman. He launched his medical supply distribution company, The Premier Group, from the trunk of his car and his families' garage. Now Gibson Companies, Inc. operates out of a beautiful facility located at 4600 Cromwell Road, Suite 101 , Memphis , TN 38118.

A. Facility Description

•  The Gibson Companies facility is a 30,400 square foot warehouse. This warehouse hosts 12 dock doors for convenient shipping/receiving, and has 30 foot ceilings. The most notable aspect is the floors, which has a double layered sealant that prevents scarring and normal wear. There is also a protective chemical applied which gives it a high shine. Equally impressive is the Copper Plant Air; a system which is state of the art in printing warehouses. To accommodate daily operating procedures there are several offices and cubicles located through-out the facility. Near the main entrance there is a conveniently located board room.
